Over the past few weeks, I’ve spent some time previewing The Brookwood Condos in Atlanta located in the Brookwood area (between Midtown and Buckhead). These condos are amazing and a great buy for anyone who wants to live in a contemporary condominium in one of Atlanta’s most desired areas.
Highlights for The Brookwood
There’s a lot to share but today I’ll just give a summary of the amenities offered in each unit. I got a chance to view 2 different floorplans for 2 bedroom units and 2 different floorplans for the 3-bedroom units. The building is 20-stories high and sits on Peachtree Road just beside R. Thomas and across from Cafe Intermezzo.
The floorplans are large, open, and spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows and private balconies on each residence. Each unit has large, hardwood plank for topped with oil (not polyurethane). Something unique about the building is that it is the only LEED Certified home community in Atlanta.
There’s plenty of pantry storage in the kitchen with Viking appliances. The bedrooms have large walk-in closets with great views of the city. There are also 28 different floorplans to choose from with the terrace level residences all being very unique compared to the others.
Prices for these homes start from the $280s and up. The community only has 2 and 3 bedroom units. We’re showing these homes over the next few months to several buyers and would be happy to represent anyone who wants to see this building. Tell us what you think, what’s your favorite condo highrise in Atlanta?
