It is with pleasure that we recommend Christopher Williams, as an outstanding real estate agent. We had initially gone with a discount broker in order to get our house sold. Not only did we have a dread experience, we had to pay a lump sum up front, and had no results. Next we decided to put our house for sale by owner but this also led to a tunnel with no light at the end. While the house was listed for sale by owner several agents came by to give us flyers and requested that we list with them. Chris had made a visit as well, left us some information, and touched base with us every now and then to see how we were progressing. Finally after a couple of months, we decided we needed to find a reliable agent that could get the job done. After giving it a lot of thought we decided to go with Chris. After our initial meeting we felt confident that everything would be taken care of for us. Chris was able to offer us a variety of different options to market the house and get it sold. Once listed, Chris was able to sell the house in about 45 days.
